welcome to WANDERLYY a petz4 fansite for the (as of 2020) "retro" computer game created by p.f magic. Petz has a small but thriving online community and I've always been ensnared by the amount of personality and wonder crammed into these little pixel animals. I go by ink in the petz community, and while I've owned a physical version of P5 since about 2001, I have only been apart of the community in my adulthood. At 30 something these days, I still enjoy the game just as much as I did when I was a kid - if not more so thanks to the amazing and wonderful members of the petz community!

Wanderly serves as an archive for my petz endevors - which usually for me means breeding projects. I'm a mediocre hexer at best, and prefer long-term breeding goals. However, if I do have anything to add to my hex archive, rest assured you'll find it here c:

I've recently come back to the Petz community following the sudden and unexpected death of my only computer - on which I lost a number of petz related files, and a lot of my crew of cherished petz and projects. I still have my hard-drive and have been working (slowly) to attempt to recover at least some of my old-favorites. In the meantime, I've started new projects and gotten back into petz showing!.

Lida's Pitbulls

currently i'm about 25% of the way through a NIB pitbull project. I had to restart after the loss of my hard-drive, but have come back stronger i think! i've bred my first two generation 5 pitties, and one generation 6, which will end up as the grandparent of our final litter. check back here for updates about these pups!

Latte x Cherrypit

Cafe con Leche & La guinda de Pastel are both currently in the showring alongside their son, Can't get Knafh of it, also known as "Pistachio" as a part of my goal to get all pets above Gen5 to SgCh. I was EXTREMELY happy to note that Cherrypit mutated black eyes and now carries them forward in the project!

I know they're an eye color I want in my final litter. Pistachio also mutated aqua eyes instead of inheriting either of the blue shades from his mother. Pitbulls come out of the AC with 171 eyes as a choice, so although I was pleased that Latte carried 171 and 173 blue, I was pretty excited to see 6 dark aqua pop up, which is a refreshing change from dali projects.

have you ever wanting a sheet to show possible breeding outcomes when you're a couple generations deep in a project with a lot of different pets to choose from? [CLICK] linked here is a "breeding outcome engine" to test potential matches visually against one another. Think of it like genepoolz, but you can visualize both parents at the same time. I call it the Wanderly Breeding Engine or WBE.

WBE uses Thor's petschecker (& petschecker looks) [FOUND HERE] which are .jar files that scrape pet data and produce output files. The sheet above allows you to look at the genetic data from those outputs.
